The Willow offers customized bar packages for every event, with professional bartending services provided by The Fifth. A RAMP-certified bartender will be present to ensure responsible and exceptional service for all guests. Please note that bar services are provided collectively with catering, and alcohol cannot be served without food. Explore our available packages to find the perfect fit for your event.

BAR PACKAGES

  • Paid for on a Per Person / Per Hour basis
  • Maximum of 4 Hours • Minimum of 50 People
  • Unlimited professional beverage service including cocktails, bottled beer, wine by the glass, soda, mixers and all appropriate garnishes
  • All packages include RAMP certified bartenders that follow all Pennsylvania Liquor Code governed by the PLCB 

Beer & Wine Only

Includes our domestic bottled beer (Miller Lite, Busch Lite, Yuengling, Michelob Ultra, Budweiser) and house wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Blend, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, White Zinfandel)

Call Package

Includes our house beer and wine with the addition of our call brand liquors (Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Jim Beam Bourbon, Tito’s Vodka, Bacardi White Rum, Seagram’s Gin, Dewar’s Scotch, Peach Schnapps and Amaretto)

$6.00 Per Person for each additional hour

Premium Package

Includes everything offered in our call package with the addition of Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Grey Goose Vodka, Tanqueray Gin and your choice of two premium bottled beers

$7.00 Per Person for each additional hour
  • Paid for by the host on a per drink consumption basis
  • All charges are determined by the amount of liquor consumed
  • Minimum of 50 people
  • Includes a bar package of your choice
  • All packages include RAMP certified bartenders that follow all Pennsylvania Liquor Code governed by the PLCB 
  • A cash bar allows guests to purchase drinks on an individual basis
  • Bartender fee of $1.00 per person – paid for by event host
