“It was love at first sight.”

WHEN AND WHERE DID YOU MEET?
December 18th, 2022, we met at a Christmas party that our mutual friends were having. It was love at first sight.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR FIRST DATE!
I was very anxious so we decided to have a game night at home with his friends so I felt more comfortable! We listened to music and played cards and jack in box on the PlayStation.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO TOGETHER?
To stay home and play cards games, build puzzles and play Yahtzee!

WHEN DID YOU KNOW HE/SHE WAS THE ONE?
I knew he was the one when he wasn’t afraid to meet my family and the fact that my family loved him the first time they had met. I knew she was the one as soon as we started talking.

HOW DID HE PROPOSE?
It was on thanksgiving at my fathers house. Everyone had finished eating dinner and I was serving dessert. He made a speech about thanking everyone for the warm welcome into the family and got down on one knee.

WHEN YOU THINK OF YOUR WEDDING DAY, WHAT DO YOU ENVISION? WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR YOU?
Being surrounded with the most important people in our lives and celebrating our love for one another.

WHY THE WILLOW?
Well I love Flair of Country’s food and the venue you have built is amazing. It’s everything I wanted. It gives off barn feels with a side of glamour added to it!
