WHEN AND WHERE DID YOU MEET?
We met on Hinge, and our first date was on August 21, 2022.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR FIRST DATE!
We met for coffee on a Sunday morning at Biddle’s Escape in Pittsburgh. We immediately hit it off and there was an instant connection. The date was going so well and we wanted to keep talking, so we decided to go out for lunch at Noodlehead that day!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO TOGETHER?
Honestly everything! We both love to go to the movies, travel, go out to eat, shop, and hang out with family. We can also both be homebodies, so we like to just cuddle on the couch and watch TV, read books, or play with our two cats, Parsley and Obi.

WHEN DID YOU KNOW HE/SHE WAS THE ONE?
Morgan: Tommy is the only person I have ever met that makes me feel completely comfortable. I don’t have to be someone I’m not around him. He also makes me laugh harder than anyone else in my life. When I realized those things (pretty early on), I knew he was the one for me.

Tommy: We went on a weekend trip with some friends to Penn State in October of 2022. We ended up both getting really sick, but despite only knowing each other for two months, we took care of each other and made sure the other recovered quickly. I knew then Morgan would stick around and care for me, and I wanted to do the same for her.

HOW DID HE PROPOSE?
We were on vacation in Stone Harbor, New Jersey in June. He proposed in the living room of my family’s beach house that I grew up going to. It was so romantic and intimate, which is just what I wanted.

WHEN YOU THINK OF YOUR WEDDING DAY, WHAT DO YOU ENVISION? WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR YOU?
We want it to be a beautiful spring wedding with lots of florals and bright colors. It’s important for both of us that our guests have tasty food and a comfortable and fun environment to celebrate with us. It’s also important that everything run as smoothly as possible and that the staff are organized, which I completely trust the Willow with. Tommy and I want to enjoy our day and not have to worry about moving things along.

WHY THE WILLOW?
We were both amazed at how beautiful the Willow was when we toured! We wanted a venue that was convenient for family, had helpful staff, and was flexible with our requests and ideas. The Willow checks all of those boxes!
