At The Willow we offer a variety of additional specialty options for your convenience when planning all of your wedding events! We have a side room or patio option for your rehearsal dinner or bridal shower, along with a farewell brunch menu for the morning after you say “I do.”

We have additional options for you to consider to make your wedding at The Willow even more convenient and stress free. Consider adding-on our ceremony site and booking the bridal suite to get ready in all morning.

Bridal Suite (if ceremony is held on-site) – Complimentary with venue rental
  • Access begins at 10am
Bridal Suite (if ceremony is held off-site) – $375
  • Access begins at 10am
Additional Bridal Suite time – $75 per hour
  • Up to 2 additional hours with access beginning no earlier than 8am
Signature Drinks (with choice of bar package)
  • Enhance your bar package with two customizable signature drink options. Pricing will vary based on your selected drinks and batch size.
On-site Wedding Ceremony – $750
  • Only available in addition to a reception package. Includes 2 additional hours grounds access prior to reception start time, white fold out chair set-up and tear down, speakers, and officiant mic (officiant not included)
Each additional hour of staffed reception time past access period – $500
  • Does not include bartenders or any outside vendors
Cookie Presentation – $200
  • Includes platters, trays, serving utensils, plates, and replenishment throughout event
